You are right, Skulling boosts the chance of getting any of the Uniques substantially, including the Statuettes, all except for the Ancient crystal, where being unskulled gives a marginally better drop rate - Killing the Goblins for example, you have a drop rate of 1/9,773 unskulled, and then its reduced to 1/10,262 skulled. No one legitimately uses Craws bow for PKing, just Wildy PvM + Anti-PKing. If you are PKer who gets worked by a Craws bow, you probably deserve it.
