If you have the free version, you might not be able to use that sharpen plugin. However you can use the built in sharpen/ blur options. I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. Exposure treats the footage just the same as an iso level would. This explains at around the 10 min mark.
